Meet Jillian; Creator of Morning Milers
Jillian is an author, speaker, registered nurse, and coach with a foundation built on integrity. She spent over two decades of her nursing career helping patients heal through surgical nursing until an injury on the job changed her direction. While the injury removed her from hospital-based direct patient care, it didn’t deter her passion for helping people.
The journey led Jillian to coaching, supporting hundreds of clients with their nutrition, mindset, and relationships. Her certifications and training include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, nutritional counseling, emotional intelligence, and studies with the International Coaching Federation.
Most recently, her coaching clients have included other coaches and consultants seeking support with business strategies and organic marketing. In Spring 2024, during a community challenge, she started hosting daily walking pad sessions to encourage participants to add 30-minutes of activity to their day. Its popularity motivated Jillian to create Morning Milers, a program for women seeking consistency in reaching their goals.
